CODE OF CONDUCT
CARREFOUR ANGRIGNON
To ensure a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for everyone, Carrefour Angrignon asks all visitors to comply with the following rules of conduct.
Drugs, Smoking and Vaping
Carrefour Angrignon complies with the provisions of the Tobacco Control Act and the Cannabis Regulation Act.
Smoking or using an electronic cigarette is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Cannabis consumption, in any form, including by smoking or vaping, is strictly prohibited throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors.
Dress Code
For reasons of safety, respect for the premises, and everyone’s comfort, all visitors must be appropriately dressed at all times, including wearing a top, bottoms, and footwear.
Distribution of Materials and Solicitation
The distribution of flyers, leaflets, or any other materials, as well as any form of solicitation, promotion, fundraising, or canvassing, is prohibited on the property unless prior written authorization has been obtained from Carrefour Angrignon management.
Security Cameras
To ensure the safety of visitors, retailers, and employees, Carrefour Angrignon is equipped with a video surveillance system.
By entering the property, you acknowledge that certain common areas may be subject to video recording.
Photography and Filming
Any photography or video recording for commercial, promotional, or media purposes, as well as any photo shoot or filming, requires prior authorization from Carrefour Angrignon management.
Photographing or filming visitors, employees, or retailers for commercial, promotional, or media purposes without authorization is prohibited.
Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate any unauthorized activity and, where applicable, to request the removal of any content distributed without authorization.
Animals
Service dogs are permitted in the shopping centre in accordance with applicable laws.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, other animals are not permitted inside the shopping centre unless they are carried at all times in a bag, carrier, stroller, or other appropriate container.
Inappropriate Behaviour and Loitering
Carrefour Angrignon is a shopping and gathering destination intended to provide a pleasant, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers.
Loitering is not permitted when it interferes with the proper operation of the shopping centre or compromises the comfort, safety, or peace and quiet of visitors, retailers, or employees.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, the use of bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, scooters, or any other recreational mobility equipment is prohibited inside the shopping centre.
Running and engaging in activities that may endanger other visitors or disrupt traffic in common areas are also prohibited.
Enforcement of the Code of Conduct
Carrefour Angrignon reserves the right to modify or adjust this Code of Conduct at any time.
Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the premises and, where circumstances warrant, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
